  • Life on earth is changing rapidly and we are being called to adapt and transform in unprecedented ways. I believe that we all have reserves of energy and genius we haven’t tapped into yet and the time for that growth is absolutely now.

    And no matter how much “success” we’ve experienced, sometimes we all need a little help clarifying what actions define and align with our true values and goals.

  • I believe that coaching is about creating space to release the weight of old patterns and stories so we can move more freely and completely into our greatness.

    One of the primary tools I use is COR.E Energy Coaching™, a transformative system that empowers people to create meaningful change in themselves, their teams, and the world.

    Another technique I often use taps into people’s deeper thoughts, most impactful life experiences, and hidden beliefs about work, worth, and life using writing exercises I developed specifically for coaching.  These can be incredibly revealing and the catalyst for major shifts in thinking and energy. 

    No matter the approach, we always start with the “inner you,” identifying hidden energies, thoughts, and emotions that may block success and may also be the key to unlocking and aligning with your true values, purpose, and passions. We map those inner patterns and identify the changes you want to make to show up in the world in the ways you find most powerful, exciting, and fulfilling! 

  • All of my sessions are custom designed, based on your particular goals and desires. Session style and type are flexible and I employ a great deal of partnership and creativity in structuring our time together.
